My other passion – Sport
I’ve been passionate about sport since a very young age, I have made good use of the techniques I learnt from my training courses in breathwork/prāṇāyāma/yoga and I have changed my way of approaching sport to a sport practice much more optimised and efficient with my sport performances constantly increasing.
My health issues were making physical efforts more and more difficult and very draining, with my recovery times increasingly longer and almost permanent muscle aches. My endurance and stamina became weak and I was getting out of breath very quickly.
My physical and mental rehabilitation through taking back the control of my breath, and through yoga, helped me to obtain high sport performance levels once again, and to rediscover the pleasure of physical effort. Through breath control everything becomes much easier. The practice of advanced breathing practice, breath holding, visualization techniques, etc… enables me to reach another sport dimension more turned towards psychology and especially the Flow state.
Swimming, freediving (PADI Freediver), surf, windsurf, inline skating (freestyle slalom), ski, fitness/gym, basketball, running, cycling, tennis, field hockey, judo.
